EDC's app gives you access to all properties for sale in Denmark - whether it is private housing or commercial properties. See all the properties for sale right where you stand - here and now. A great functionality as you move around in cottage neighborhoods or new residential areas and would like to inform you about supply and prices.
With the search "Nearby" you get on a map presented all the properties for sale within a radius of 1 km. You can subsequently change the radius or other criteria and customize your search to suit your needs.
If you have already saved one or more searches on edc.dk, you can pick them up in the app and work on them. You can also save the searches you do on the app and work on them on the PC afterwards. There is full transparency to and from edc.dk
Through the app, you can easily move on to the presentation of all properties - whether for sale at EDC or another broker. And you can save one or more properties and follow them over time.
EDC's app is always up to date with all the properties for sale and are constantly updated over the day - every day.
